OpenShift: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
以前建立的一个DIY 环境今天看到这个错误了：
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at xxxxxx.rhcloud.com Port 80
应用Restart 没用，SSH 进去看看Top：
记得以前没装mysql，Nginx、upervisor 没运行。
